“Never call my dick a linguica…”

Ryan

Wednesday night…

After an eventful evening, it felt good to cuddle in bed. Thank goodness for room service; otherwise, we would’ve starved. We might not have had as many choices as we would've in the dining room, but I liked to think the food tasted better without the bitter aftertaste that came along with my father's special brand of hate.

Sawyer snuggled against my side, his cheek resting against my shoulder as he ran his hand along my side. "Was it wrong to forgive her so fast? I'm just so happy that Jules finally got her shot with Pansy."

I shook my head. "Not at all, and thank you for giving me the backstory over dinner. I can't believe Julia kept that from me. I thought she told me everything."

"You know what they say… women like to keep a little bit of mystery. I guess that must go for sisters too?" It was cute how Sawyer was sticking up for our princess. It just went to show that he really did care about her as a friend.

"I guess so," I rolled onto my side so that we were facing each other. "Are we done talking about my sister now? I'm pretty sure there are many more exciting things we could be discussing." I gave my hips a thrust. "Starting with the fact that we are woefully overdressed for what I was hoping would happen tonight."

Sawyer grinned as he pushed his own hips forward to rub his chub against mine. "If wearing briefs is overdressed, I've apparently been hanging out in the wrong circles."

"Right? Me too. No wonder I haven't been laid in… well… longer than I care to mention." Honestly, I couldn't even remember the last time I’d had sex. If pressed, I’d suppose it probably went back to freshman year? Which was especially depressing given that I’d graduated a year ago.

"Excuse you, but can we take a moment to remember that I've been in a fake relationship for nearly two years? It's not like I've been getting any action either."

I snorted a laugh. "Considering the fact that you were with my sister—whether it was fake or real is beside the point—I don't really want to know about the action you were or were not getting."

Sawyer pulled away while he shimmied out of his underwear, pulling his hand out from under the covers to toss them over his shoulder. He flashed me a wink. "Fair enough. Now how about you eighty-six your own chones so you can tell me exactly what it was you were hoping would happen tonight?"

I rolled back to work my own underwear down, cracking up at his choice of words. "Chones? What the hell? Is this you trying to prove you have street cred? Fair warning, I'm pretty sure most people don't use that term."

Sawyer chuckled. "I had a friend in high school who used to say it all the time. This one time—"

"At band camp," I interrupted with a line from our favorite movie.
